Embroidery emblem is made by computerized digitizing and embroidering. Intended designs or logos are converted into digitized program that format the operation of the sewing machine in production. Within technical range, all designs can be converted into embroidery patch or applique with the configuration of stitching and/or twill background. Embroidery patches are classified into: - Surface: Full coverage (100%) stitching & twill background with proportional stitching.
